The "Fortune" enchant does not work.

      I've got fortune 3 on my diamond pickaxe, but all drops from ores have their standard drop rates. 

       

      Ex. All damond ore only drops 1 diamond when mined with a fortune 3 pickaxe, when it's intended to drop 1-4 randomly.
