      How to reproduce 

      1. Be in creative mode
      2. Create a ceiling (any block will do so long as it is not stairs)
      3. Get an elytra 
      4. Start flying
      5. Press the jump button to gain height until you reach the ceiling

      Observed result: you clip through the wall

      Expected result: you go no where
