The render distance feature is broken on realms. Although I'm not the creator of the world I'm playing on, there is still an option to change your render distance, and it doesn't work. My distance is locked on 12 chunks and won't change.

Edit: If you see this edit, I just want to mention that the render distance works perfectly fine in the normal game, so it isn't my computer that is the problem.
