it wont allow me to log into my Microsoft account even after deleting all the storage files after creatign a new account it still tells me there is an error and wont llow it to happen

      it just wont allow me to join in the update it had said the bug like this ha been fixed but it hasent and im really confused how it wont let me sighn into my microsoft account after 27 try's i gave up beacsue  possibly tried everything i dont understand as im dong everything  right on the website
