    Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. Create a world with seed -1592638483.
      2. Enter the nether.
      3. Teleport to -439 77 200.

      Observed Results:
The biome particles have an increased despawn rate the further the player travels, yet instantly disappear once the player travels too far.

      Expected Results:
The biome particles do not generate that far outside of the biome, but do not disappear when the player leaves completely.
