Ok so I bought the Halloween mashup pack for nastalga and I put it on global resources and was worried when the panorama was useing the Halo resources (especially the minecrart tracks). and when I loaded up the mashup world and the resources looked nothing like in the panorama so a new panorama taken in the Halloween 2015 resource pack would resolve this.
