      Crying obsidian and respawn anchors drop themselves when mined with any pickaxe, unlike in Java Edition where they only drop themselves when mined with a diamond or netherite pickaxe.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Mine crying obsidian and respawn anchor with a golden, iron, stone, or wooden pickaxe

      Observed Results:
      Crying obsidian and respawn anchor drop themselves.

      Expected Results:
      Crying obsidian and respawn anchors should only drop themselves when mined with a diamond or netherite pickaxe.
