Nintendo Switch
Whether on single player survival/ creative or multiplayer realms/ servers, the game stutters or freezes almost constantly happening within 5 seconds of each other. The game’s operation returns to normal and then the freezing or stuttering occurs again. There is no refrain or break from this issue. It is a continuous problem, and it makes the game unbearable to play. This was not happening before your 1.14.60 hotfix.
Your changelog also stated you fixed crashing occurring on the Nintendo Switch. That is false as I’ve experienced the exact same crashing from what you reported fixed in the changelog. Also the skin bug is back again, and I’ll make a separate ticket or upvote an existing one for that problem. I’m extremely unhappy with the way you’re handling your testing for these updates. I received 0 improvements and several new and/or previously “fixed” issues. You should also fix every reproducible bug that has been reported instead of choosing the most “popular” ones. Oh, but your marketplace always works fine though and takes priority during loading. After waiting an unnecessary amount of time for my skin (that I use every time I play) to load, it often time fails anyway. Here’s an important grievance. Why am I blocked the ability to have texture packs outside of the marketplace and blocked the ability to keep packs in my cached data? It’s rediculous that you don’t at the very least offer chunk borders in your marketplace packs. Chunk borders, unlit blocks (light levels), redstone strength indicators, and entity X-ray packs should be standard marketplace content (we currently have no despawn mechanics which breaks the game). I would gladly pay for it! Instead I have consider hacking my console and risk it being banned all over some quality of life resource packs that everyone else on all other platforms already have access to.
