Signed up for an Xbox live account, after registering, they learned that you can play over the network from a distance
They played perfectly, but then something went wrong.
Now I can’t get on my friend’s card, it says "Could not connect to the world"
What I just did not try to fix this problem
1) Checked the Internet connection, everything is fine with the Internet

2) Logged out of the Xbox live account and logged in again that connect to a friend, thought it would help, but did not solve the problem
3) Deleted Minecraft and downloaded again, also did not solve the problem of connecting to a friend

4) Removed each other from friends and added again, did not solve the problem
The question is, what’s wrong, why can’t I easily connect to a friend and play with him at a distance
