I was messing around building a house in the free RTX texture packs from Nvidia, and I found that paintings are invisible. I've attached a short video showcasing this to the best of my ability. I've tried all RTX texture packs available for download, so it isn't a pack issue. I haven't seen anyone bring this up yet so hopefully, this isn't an issue for anyone else.
