      Steps To Reproduce:
      1. Go to the Nether, and look around.
      2. Go to any flowing lava.
      3. If there is no strider spawning, try clear all the mob by doing "/kill @e".

      Expected Results:
      Striders don't spawn on flowing lava (like Java).

      Observed Results:
      Striders can spawn on flowing lava.
