Almost no mobs will spawn in my minecraft PE world.

      Almost no mobs will spawn in my Minecraft PE version 1.14.60 world, even when there are no half blocks, transparent blocks, everything is below light level 7, and is not in peaceful. I've also tried using the command (/gamerule domobspawning true).
