Minecraft PS4 Edition crashes every single time I try logging into Microsoft Account

      Everytime I sign into my Microsoft account successfully the game crashes and I cannot load into Minecraft without it crashing, unless I delete my save files, please help...in conclusion I have to play offline or with PlayStation friends and I really want to play with crossplay friends
