The Fortune enchant doesn't work since beta 1.16.0.55

      When I try to use the Fortune enchanted tools(diamond pickaxe) to mining mineral just like coals or diamonds,etc.The amounts of mineral didn't increase,the drop amount always 1.

      And ti just happened in Beta 1.16.0.57,that's a disgusting problem.
