      Piglins will not spawn in nether wastes biomes.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Find a nether wastes biome
      2. Observe that no piglins spawn in that biome

      Expected Results

      Piglins should spawn in nether wastes biomes

      Observed Results

      Piglins do not spawn in nether wastes.
