In any game mode when you tower up to the edge of the world at height limit you can walk on it. It makes the world infinite however you cannot Build sense the "floor" is at the height limit. It is possible is survival and I made a minecart track up to it in mine. I have tested this on my ipad 4 but is possible on all divices
