Ey, so I've been having a server for 15 days on Minecraft Realms, with my Minecraft Windows 10 versions, and I've been playing with friends in this server. In the morning, Saturday 11, either me and my friends had the opportunity to enter to the Realm. I have it in Spanish but it displayed me something like "You cannot enter to the server"

Would you help me with that? Fix it? Guide me?
