My skins are not loading

      It has been over a week since my skin packs custom/purchased skins are not loading. It appears the error message "Unable to Load Skin 1" ......"Unable to load skin 4". Whenever I reload them they set to the default Steve skin. And it keeps On repeating each time I reopen Minecraft. PLEASE FIX!

       

      When I open Minecraft (P.E) my skins are not loading.

      Instead it should have loaded my purchased/custom skins so I could equip them.
