      When the weather changes from rainy to clear the animation in the sky is abrupt and not smooth.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world
      2. /weather rain
      3. /weather clear

      Observed Results:
      The sky color transitions abruptly.

      Expected Results:
      The sky color should transition smoothly.
