When a player enters a minecraft in windows 10 version of minecraft the camera height does not lower enough.

On Java version I can drive a minecart below a top slab.

On Bedrock version my head goes into the top slab.

This height difference causes an x-ray issue in bedrock version. Will be in separate ticket.
