Whenever I'm playing with friends, mobs just won't spawn, the only mobs that spawn are the ones from spawn cubes, but when I'm alone, they spawn normally. Edit: I think I figured it out, when I'm playing with friends, mobs spawn only when we're all together, if there is someone some hundred blocks away, mobs just won't spawn for any player on the server.
