Not able to get turtles to lay eggs.  A turtle has a black block under one turtle and she carries the egg with her.  The turtle will hatch but no eggs are present on the beach.  Cannot use silk touch to relocate the egg to a new home to make it for a breeding farm. Because the female turtle never lays the egg.  You can tell which turtle will hatch the egg by the black block under the turtle.  Only one Turtle seems to hatch.  Very hard to collect items for a helmet if you have to follow the turtle all the time.

Previous bug reports show fixed.  But I am currently experiencing this issue with the most current version of Minecraft.  Creative mode or Survival is the same issue.
