This seems to only occur when I am by lava or in a cave but it has happened multiple times in multiple places. When I mine a block or place a block down, sometimes the screen will flash black zigzagged lines (as if they're along the landscape's curves) for a moment then disappear. It doesn't always happen but when it does it's when I was mining a block or placing one down. It seems to happen more in caves and around lava.
