Bug         :                                                         Button(s)  :

• Unresponsive                                               Circle, R1, R3, start
• In the settings, after using, menu             R stick, L1, L2,

scrolls to the top                                            all directional buttons

• In game, button does not do assigned    L2

action and after using, camera contin-

uously moves left and downwards

• In game, button does perform action       L stick, R stick, L3, R2,

but after using, camera continuously          all direcional buttons

moves left and downwards

Note: Once camera malfunctions application must be force closed and restarted to reset; cannot fix by exiting and rejoining world
