      Summary:
      The stonecutter cannot be used to craft polished basalt.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a stonecutter
      2. Obtain basalt
      3. Place the basalt into the stonecutter

      Observed Results:
      There is no option to craft polished basalt.

      Expected Results:
      There should be an option to craft polished basalt.
