The cape appears on the front of the player instead of on the back, so It looks like a bib. Running and falling cause the cape to move up, as it normally would, but still in the front of the character. I have played online with multiple people, and none of them have said anything about it, so I assume that it is just a visual error on my end and doesn't affect theirs.
