If the player does not have enough netherite scrap/gold ingots to craft a netherite ingot, the recipe book defaults to the netherite block instead. This does not happen on Windows 10.

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to craft a netherite ingot using the recipe book without having the required netherite scraps/gold ingots
   → The recipe book shows a netherite block is required
2. Obtain enough netherite scraps and gold ingots and attempt to craft it again
   → The recipe book moves the items to the crafting grid
3. Repeat above steps on Windows 10
   → The recipe book shows netherite scraps and gold ingots are required even if the player doesn't have enough, moving the items if applicable

the netherite ingot crafting is netherite scrap but  block of netherite is used to make the ingot and the block of netherite is made from netherite ingots pls fix
