      Hello,
I've a problem to join from Android to a Windows Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
My Internet provider is Unitmedia (400 Mbit/s, I think dual stack lite with IPv6 and a shared IPv4).

      So what's working:
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Android Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Linux Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Linux Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Linux Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.0 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Linux Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Linux Server, when I'm in my WIFI.

from Minecraft 1.14.0 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.0 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.30 Windows Client, when I'm in my WIFI.

from Minecraft 1.14.30 Android Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm using LTE.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Linux Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm using LTE.
from Minecraft 1.14.0 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm using LTE.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Windows Client Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm using LTE.

      What's not working:
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Android Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Android Client to Minecraft 1.14.30 Windows Client, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Linux Client to Minecraft 1.14.32.1 Windows Server, when I'm in my WIFI.
from Minecraft 1.14.30 Linux Client Minecraft 1.14.30 Windows Client, when I'm in my WIFI.

I always stuck at "Generating world, Locating server".
I see in the server console, that I join the server.

It doesn't seem to be the firewall of the server, I already tried it with several servers hosted on windows and also to join Windows clients.
Even if I run the Minecraft Windows Server with Wine, I can join with the Windows client, but not with Android. So the port is definetly open and everything is working.
It's not possible to open ports on my Router ( UPnP is activated).

It seems like a bug in the codebase to me, because both, Windows clients and Windows servers are affected.

      Greetings
      Gerrit
