Hello!
First of all, my apologies if I'm not entering this issue in the right area. I have 2 problems right now:
1) I purchased a copy of the Minecraft game through your web site (minecraft.net); I selected the 'Minecraft' game. To my surprise, the purchase was done through Microsoft's platform, where I had already an account. Every time I log to the Minecraft site, the Profile section doesn't show anything on the 'Skin' section other than a message that reads 'Looks like you don't own Minecraft yet! Buy the game here!'; I already purchased the game, so why do I keep seeing this message?
2) When I was selecting the proper version to purchase, I went with the 'Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition' because the web page showed this was compatible amongst computer, mobile and console (I have a laptop, ipads and an Xbox One console). In the ipad, the app works fine. In the computer, though, I found out I have to log in using my Xbox user, instead of my regular computer user, and this is a problem because I use the laptop for work reasons as well as personal, so I spend most of the time logged in as a domain user, not the Xbox user; I haven't been able to figure out how to run the program while logged as a domain user. In the Xbox, I wasn't able to install the game; every time I tried, I wasn't able to make it work. I have a feeling this version of the game isn't compatible with the console, but again, the web page that offers the comparison showed I could use it with the Xbox. How can I fix this issue?
Thanks in advance for your support.
