minecraft produces no sound whatsoever. I tried to trouble shoot this problem but nothing works. here is a list of things I checked/done:

• The game settings: music and master volume at 100%
• The windows mixer: absolutely no sounds for minecraft on any sound devices. I can see the Chrome, Spotify and all another programs and all another applications, just the "Minecraft" bar missing.
• Reinstall the game: I did it two times
• All audio drivers: are up to date
• Windows troubleshooter: did not find any problems
• Sound effects on audio devices: disabled
• Sound quality settings of the devices: i tried more different settings
• Pressing F3+T or F3+S: did nothing (i mean anything else as normally the T or the S), doesn't "force reload" the game.

...and still no sound. I repeat just in this game, all other programs and games are working perfectly, I mean the computer and the sound devices working without any problem.

the previous steps led me to the conclusion that the problem is not on my end so I decided to report it.

this problem started since I downloaded the game for the first time.

please help.
