If you throw a trident at a block, you enter nether and come back, the trident will fall from the block (if it wasn't on top of it)

This may happen when you enter end dimension too, or even when you just enter a different dimension.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Throw a trident at a block (not at the top of it)
2. Enter the Nether or End and come back
3. After that, the trident should fall from that block
