Walking/Running on Scaffolding dosen’t make any Stepping Sound

Issue:
Running, jumping, walking, or moving in any way on scaffolding dosen’t make any stepping sound.

Expectation:
Moving on scaffolding makes the appropriate stepping sound.

Recreate:
1. Create a line of scaffolding in the air.
2. Run on it.
3. Observe that there is no stepping sound made.
