Input on chatbar, username, external server, etc. does not display in realtime from various keyboards. (Google Keyboard, Swiftkey, TouchPal, etc.) This also prevents the user from entering an external server from the in-game menu,

What I expected to happen was...:
Input appearing as I type. (And buttons working while an input window is onscreen.)

What actually happened was...:
Input does not display anything as I type in the chatbar. (The text does go through but only after you submit it.) Also while entering a username or external server, tapping anywhere while the input windows are onscreen will close it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type anything on the ingame chatbar.
2. Open an input window (username, external servers, etc.) and tap anywhere that's the not keyboard. It will close the input windows regardless of the onscreen button.
