i am making second report now in English

Since two days i cant connect to my friends world's, we tried several soultions like:

• reinstaling minectraft
• restarting our rooters
• switching to other internet sources
• making serven instead of world

but it didnt work out, i am still geting this communicate "you cant connect to the world"

please help me
