      Hello,

      I'm contacting you concerning 3 problems.

      The first one is an error message inviting me to contact you:

      ---> Numéro de l'erreur -9 (In english : Error number -9).

       
      It is said that I could not use the store until I resolved the problem.

       
      My 2nd issues is that I bought some Minecraft DLCs (Mods) on my son's eShop account but after the purchase, another Minecraft game Icon appeared in the Nintendo main screen where we can see the game list we own.

      What is strange is that I already have installed the game (I own the physical version) but a new version is installed next to it and once I click on it, it opens the eShop and I get an error message saying that it is unavailable.

      I also had another problem with the purchase of Minecraft Coins pack on my main account. I had purchased a dlc coin pack on my main account (on a new Nintendo Switch) thinking that my kids could use it on their Switch, but when I log into their Minecraft account on their console (the main one), no sign of these coins purchased, and when I connect to my account via this same console which belong to my children, the Minecraft store is continually loading in vain, without any sign of this pack purchased ...

      I sincerely hope that you can help me because Nintendo can't do anything, they also invited me to contact you about this ... I feel helpless...
