The Summary:-

While swimming near dolphins the effect in the right side does not show up.

How To Reproduce:-

Step 1:- Find an ocean biome.

Step 2:- Find Dolphins.

Step 3:- Swim near them.

Observed Results:-

The effect does not show up in the right side of the screen.

Expected Results:-

The effect should show as a dolphins texture.
