Setting soul sand on fire does not create soul fire

      When Soul Sand is on fire, it has a red flame. Soul Soil has a blue flame when on fire. Soul Sand should also have a blue flame.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Set soul sand on fire using a flint and steel

      Observed Results:
      Normal fire is created.

      Expected Results:
      Soul fire should be created.
