Summary:
Fishing rods are unable to be cast while looking directly at a mob up-close.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Obtain a fishing rod.
- Spawn a mob.
- Look directly at the mob up-close and use the fishing rod.
Observed Results:
The fishing rod is not cast.
Expected Results:
The fishing rod should be cast.
