The bug

When light blocks are destroyed with an explosion, they drop sometimes. Since light blocks are supposed to act like air, this does not make sense.

How to reproduce

1. /fill ~-10 ~ ~-10 ~10 ~10 ~10 light_block 15 replace air
2. /summon tnt
→ Tons of light block items

/setblock ~ ~ ~ air 0 destroy has the same issue
