When trying to open the Marketplace on iPad I get the error that connection to Marketplace is not possible, check your Internet connection (sorry the screen is in German, but it's same as in 1.14.20 version, which is presumably resolved: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-60270)

Same behavior is also on iPhone 7 (iOS 13.3.1 / Minecraft version the same) ... there I found workaround to use mobile data instead of wifi, but that is not possible on iPad which does not have mobile data.
