Halo ring does not appear in Halo mashup pack.

      When playing in world the halo mashup pack the the halo ring textures don't appear in the sky. I have tested the this on the mashup world, a world that's already been played on and a newly generated world. The ring texture appears in none of them.  There are no other textures or behavior packs active.
