Fox sleeping behavior no longer works

      The sleep behavior for foxes no longer works. Tested in 1.15.0.54.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Spawn a fox under a tree.

      Observed Results:
      The fox wanders around and never goes to sleep.

      Expected Results:
      The fox should go to sleep underneath the tree shortly after being spawned.
