Japanese can't be entered because IME doesn't work.

When Minecraft is launched, IME works correctly so Japanese can be entered but once other windows are chosen (Minecraft is no longer active window), IME stops working and shows that IME is disabled.

I know that there is a similar bug report (MCPE-58599) but this report doesn't show details so I reported again.
