We haven't been playing for months and when we logged in, the recent update destroyed our map. Our structure was missing a wall on an entire side. Mountains are cut in half. Our portal to the nether transported us into Lava instead of a cobblestone room we had built. So we decided to restore an "Old World". This fixed the map issue but now it looks like we don't have any villages. I decided to enable "Cheats" in order to search for villages and the locations if gave me had nothing. I search for villages and shipwrecks, nothing. I then went to 2 village/ruin locations that we noted and nothing was there either. Also, any items we had in our possession were lost. All storage boxes were 2 small boxes instead of one large box. Right now it looks like the only option is to start from scratch.
