Cannot sign into previously used Microsoft Account or transfer worlds to a new device

      I used to have Minecraft Pocket Edition on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy J7 V), but I've since got an IPhone 8 and I've been struggling to find a way to transfer my worlds onto my new device. Unfortunately, before I even began dabbling in the file transfer, every time I attempt to login to my Uncle's Microsoft account in the Minecraft app on my IOS device, there are several warnings and odd things that occur after "successfully" logging in, as well as my login not going through at all. I am actually using Minecraft version 1.14.30 on my iPhone and Android. I have the XBOX app downloaded on my phone and is logged in just fine, and I am not logged into my Microsoft Account on my old phone (which I'm trying to transfer my worlds from). I was worried that might delete my worlds because I logged in on my iPhone without the worlds there. I also haven't uninstalled Minecraft on my old phone since I first installed it, in fear of my worlds vanishing. I'm not sure if any of this has any affect on me not being able to transfer the worlds or log into my Microsoft Account on my new phone, but I thought I'd mention it anyway, just in case.

      I expected I would be able to perform the same login that I did on my android device which gave me no issues at all, I simply downloaded the app, logged into the Microsoft Account, and was able to play.

      However, what actually happened on my IOS device is all loading screens take an excessive amount of time and error messages will occur alongside a lack of my saved worlds, inaccessibility to Realms and the Marketplace.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Download Minecraft App through the App Store on IOS device
      2. Open Minecraft Application
      3. Either sign in through the initial "Sign In" pop up information screen or close the tab and sign in through the "Sign In" tab to the left on the menu screen
      4. Use account information to sign into Microsoft Account
      5. The XBOX "Welcome Back!" sign in screen pops up and you click "Let's play" at the bottom
      6. After the "Connecting Microsoft Account" message goes away, you return to the Minecraft Application's menu screen and either the error message "We tried to sign you in to your Microsoft Account, but something went wrong." is shown (closing this message leaves you to see the app how it should look with everything working properlly, but all my saved worlds are not there and the option to join realms is gone, as well as the marketplace taking a long time to load or simply not loading ever - I haven't sat around long enough to see if it ever loads) or you get a
      nother error message that reads "There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days, please contact support using the help button." Then it provides a link to the "help.mojang.com" URL. Below that, is "Error List: Error Number -9". Closing this message leaves you to the menu screen which has a blanked out Marketplace tab with a red exclamation mark in the top left corner of the tab, and upon clicking it the error message without the URL or Error List Number appears. All saved worlds are gone and realms is unavailable.

      I have linked images of a few tabs/error messages. I know it's not much but still. The image with the worlds in it is from my old phone, those are the ones I am trying to get on my new phone. They aren't showing up on the new one but they are still visible and playable on the old one. I don't know how to transfer them and I have tried several things, it just isn't working. I have been trying this several times over the last few months and it's always these same issues. If you could also provide me with any way to do that on top of any advice for this issue or bug, whatever it is, that would be very much appreciated.
