Beacon beams no longer have their outer layers

      Beacon beams on Bedrock no longer display their outer layers (See picture for comparison) that they had previously.

      They can still be observed on Bedrock through newly generated end city portals, which display a purple beam briefly.

      Notes: Also note that the outer layer doesn't move with the inner beam, like it was in previous Bedrock versions before it got removed.
