UI Screen Reader crash when trying to create creative world

      Steps To Reproduce:
      1. Go to Settings, open Accessibility
      2. Enable UI Screen Reader
      3. Go To Create New World
      4. Switch gamemode from Survival to Creative, the notification will pop up
      5. Press either Continue or Go Back

      Expected Results:
      The game will exit the notification

      Observed Results:
      The game just crashed.
