Had a few weeks off from playing minecraft but when my mate and i loaded up the world again and started playing cross platform. We wanted to make a Pillager Farm on one of the Outposts.
Yet when we changed to difficulty from Normal to Hard we encountered the issue of having ZERO Pillagers or Raids spawning at all on our map.

We have the server hosted on PS4 and my mate is playing it on Nintendo Switch and another on Windows 10 (PC).

Currently no way to show a screenshot as they just don't spawn in.
