While hosting a flat world with 2 Android clients - all up to date 1.14.3 - via lan all players have the ability to fly in survival mode if the permission level to attack players becomes disabled. Able to remove flight if gamemode is changed to creative and back to survival. Re-enabling and disabling the ability to attack players causes said player to be able to fly again. From host screen on Windows 10 app players appear to violently jump up and down whilest Android screens show standard flight view. Player can still die if they fall from too high.
