When fed meat, wolves do not heal, they just enter love mode.
Wolves do not appear to heal/regain health when being fed meat in 1.15
What I expected to happen was...:
Wolf heals when being fed meat
What actually happened was...:
Wolf did not heal (tail did not move, still died in 1 hit)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /summon wolf
2. Tame wolf
3. Hit it a few times
4. Try to heal with meat (notice tail doesn't rise and love mode starts)
5. Hit and (try to) heal until it dies.
